Where we ship
We post within Australia only at the moment. Checkout will only accept an Australian delivery address.
If you are overseas and would like a set, email founder@hoplittlebunny.com and we will tell you honestly whether we can help.
What it costs
Shipping is a flat $9.95 anywhere in Australia, and free on orders of $70 or more. The Giggles to Snuggles Collection is $70, so the box set always ships free.
Shipping is shown as its own line at checkout before you pay, so there is never a surprise at the end.
When it goes out
Orders are usually packed and posted within 2 business days. You will get an email from us when your parcel is on its way.
Delivery time after dispatch depends on the carrier and your location. Email founder@hoplittlebunny.com if you need guidance for a particular date.
If something goes wrong
If your parcel has not arrived when you expected it, email founder@hoplittlebunny.com with your order email address and we will chase it up.
If a book arrives damaged, see the Returns page — you are covered.
