At Hop Little Bunny, we’re dedicated to getting your orders to you safely and as quickly as possible. This Shipping Policy outlines how we handle processing, shipping, and delivery - both across Australia and internationally, from our base in Perth, Western Australia.

Processing Time

  • Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 1–3 business days after payment is received.
  • Please note that processing times may be extended during sales, holidays, or periods of high demand.
  • You will receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order has been shipped.

Domestic Shipping (Within Australia)

We ship from Perth, WA, so delivery times may vary depending on your location.

Shipping Options & Estimated Timeframes:

  • Standard Shipping (Australia Post or courier)
    WA Metro: 2–4 business days
    Other States (metro areas): 5–10 business days
    Regional/Remote areas: 7–14 business days

  • Express Shipping
    WA Metro: 1–2 business days
    Other States: 2–5 business days
    Regional/Remote: May take longer depending on location

Please note: Delivery timeframes are estimates and not guaranteed. Actual delivery times may vary due to postal delays or external factors beyond our control.

International Shipping

We ship to most international destinations using tracked international courier or postal services.

Estimated International Delivery Times:

  • Standard International Shipping: 10–25 business days
  • Express International Shipping: 5–10 business days

International delivery times depend on your destination, local customs processing, and carrier performance.

Customs & Import Duties:

  • International orders may be subject to customs fees, taxes, or import duties, which are not included in the shipping fees charged at checkout.
  • These charges are the buyer’s responsibility and vary by country.

Shipping Costs

  • Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your order size, weight, and destination.
  • From time to time, we may offer free or discounted shipping promotions, which will be clearly advertised.

Tracking Your Order

  • All orders are shipped with tracking.
  • Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive an email with tracking details so you can follow its journey.

Delays, Loss, or Damaged Packages

While we do our best to ensure timely delivery, delays may occur due to:

  • Peak periods (e.g., holidays)
  • Courier disruptions
  • Customs inspections for international orders

Hop Little Bunny is not responsible for courier delays once an order has been dispatched.

If your order is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of the marked delivery date so we can help investigate and provide assistance.

Incorrect Shipping Details or Returned Packages

  • Please double-check your shipping information at checkout.
  • Hop Little Bunny is not responsible for packages delayed or lost due to incorrect or incomplete address details.
  • If an order is returned to us due to delivery failure or incorrect address: We will contact you to arrange re-shipping. Additional shipping fees may apply.

Local Pick-Up or Delivery (Coming Soon!)

We do not currently offer local pickup from our Perth location—but stay tuned! We may introduce this option in the future.
