Returns & Refunds Policy

We want you and your little readers to love every book you receive from Hop Little Bunny! But if something’s not quite right, we’re here to help.

30-Day Return Policy
You have 30 days after receiving your order to request a return.

To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be in the same condition that you received them
  • Unused/unworn, with original tags
  • In original packaging
  • You must provide proof of purchase (like your order confirmation email)

Please note: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a trackable service, as we are not responsible for items lost in transit.

Returns that are sent without prior approval may not be accepted.

Return Shipping Costs
As a small business, we’re unable to cover the cost of return shipping. We appreciate your understanding and support!

Customers are responsible for return postage unless the item is damaged or incorrect.

Damaged or incorrect items
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us within 7 days of delivery if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item. We’ll work quickly to make it right, including covering return costs in those cases.

Non-returnable items
We do not accept returns for:

  • Personalised or signed books
  • Gift cards
  • Sale or clearance items

If you're unsure whether your item is eligible for return, please contact us before sending it back.

Exchanges
If you’d like to exchange an item, we recommend returning the original item first. Once your return is accepted, you can place a new order for the item you want.

European Union 14 day cooling off period
If your order is being shipped to the EU, you have the right to cancel or return it within 14 days, for any reason.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • Unused, in original condition, and in original packaging
  • Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase

Refunds
We'll notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please note that your bank or card provider may take additional time to process the refund.

If it’s been more than 15 business days since your return was approved and you haven’t received your refund, contact us at founder@hoplittlebunny.com.

Your Rights Under Australian Consumer Law
This policy is in addition to your rights under the Australian Consumer Law, which provides guarantees that cannot be excluded.
